Ingredients:
Half an onion
150g of smokey bacon
100g of Emmental
20cl of crème fraîche
Puff pastry
A coffee spoon of nutmeg
Cut the onion like so
Fry the bacon and the onion
Spread the crème fraîche on the pastry
Put some gratted cheese on top
Put the nutmeg
Add the bacon and onion on top
Put it in the oven for 10 min at 180ºC
And voilà!
