Quiche lorraine

Ingredients:
200g of bacon
200g of gratted cheese (Emmental)
100mL of milk
1 tbs of olive oil
Salt and pepper
250mL of cream
3 eggs
Pastry


Lay the pastry over your mold and put some weight 
Cook it for 15 min at 180ºC


Mix all the ingredients and season it with salt and pepper


Put it in the oven for 30 min at 180ºC
